Kep Beach

Kep BeachKep Beach is about 1km long, has some shady trees and invites for a swim. Behind the beach you find many food stalls that offer fresh seafood good for afternoon lunch before heading back to the hotel.

Kep Jungle Trek

Kep Jungle TrekGo for a hike in the Kep National Park. See exotic birds, snakes, squirrels, monkeys, butterflies, wild dogs… Approx. 1.5hrs walk to the top and 2 – 3 hours around the mountain. Great panoramic views of the steep valleys, gorges plantations, pagodas, city of Kampot, Bokor Hill and the surrounding islands. Start early to catch the wild life. The trek starts just above the parking at the Veranda Natural Resort. Bring enough water with you.

Entrance fee : 1$per person (as of Jan 2015).

Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island)

Rabbit IslandAt only 20 min by boat from Kep jetty, Rabbit Island is a laid back paradise. It is the perfect spot to kick back and relax.

Kep Plantation area

Cambodian plantationFascinating way to see the countryside is to take aside road where you will see many fruit plantations lining on the dirt road; mango, durian, citrus, cashewnut and pepper. Good combination with the caves of Kampon Trach.
